As the work in progress is accepted and all Service Engagement deliverables of the initial phase are reviewed and
accepted by the Engagement Manager, a formal acceptance must be obtained for running the services as stated in the
contractual documents. The Engagement Manager can only commence the services after obtaining approval of the management
of Capgemini and the Client.
As not always all deliverables could be finalized before commencing the services, the Engagement Manager should
identify risks for the Service Engagement, and define mitigation plans. The risks and mitigation plans must be reviewed
and accepted by Capgemini management and if applicable also accepted by the Client.
